Amazing food paired with outstanding customer service by nav and simran. The food was ready on time, hot, and tasted amazing. Customer service was excellent—the staff were respectful, efficient, and happy to help with questions. Even during a busy time, they stayed organized and friendly. I just ordered through Uber Eats and I hope the amazing staff working tonight get a bonus! The shawarma was prepared perfectly and I’m so impressed. I was hesitant to order late at night because sometimes the fries can be stale at other locations, but this time everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The shawarma was packed perfectly! After a long day at work, I’m so glad I chose Osmow’s—thank you to the whole team!!
